The results show that the crystalline polymer PP is very sensitive to the change of mold temperature; with the increase of mold temperature, the fusion marks of PC, a random ductile material, will shorten. analyzed the characteristics of thin-wall injection molding and its research status at home and abroad, and used numerical simulation technology to numerically analyze the precision thin-wall injection molding. Through specific experimental analysis, the mold for automotive thin-wall plastic parts molding was analyzed and designed.
